Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program pairs experienced nurses with new graduates and early-career professionals to provide guidance, support, and professional development. This program addresses the critical transition from nursing education to professional practice.
Program Structure
The NURSES NOOK Mentorship Program includes:
One-on-One Mentorship: Each mentee is carefully matched with an experienced nurse mentor based on clinical interests, career goals, and personality compatibility. Mentors and mentees meet regularly to discuss challenges, share experiences, and set professional goals.
Group Support Sessions: Monthly group meetings bring together all program participants for peer support, case discussions, and professional development workshops. These sessions create a community of practice where new nurses can learn from each other as well as from their mentors.
Clinical Skills Development: Mentees have opportunities to observe their mentors in clinical settings, practice skills under supervision, and receive constructive feedback on their performance.
Career Planning: Mentors help mentees identify career goals, explore specialization options, and develop plans for professional advancement.
Emotional Support: Nursing is emotionally demanding work. Our mentors provide a safe space for mentees to process difficult experiences, manage stress, and build resilience.
